Gary Lillie will soon have four 1-acre building sites on the highly sought after northeast side of Ann Arbor – that is if Ann Arbor Township approves a sewer district for the property at a special public hearing this coming Wednesday, November 28. Stay tuned. Gary has only been working on this project since 2001. Keith once told Gary, “You’re like a bulldog – you get ahold of something and won’t let go.”

November 5, 2007. The Clinton Farm Auction was not only a success, producing a cash sale with no contingencies; but as the seller signed the sales contract he said to Joe: “You are a genius!”
